• Adds "MIDI EDIT" in Performance Edit Mode.
Press the "PERFORM" button and then press the "EDIT" button to display the Performance editing screen..
You can find the following entry under "Phr Enable" in the list.


Mixer OUT Specifies whether or not the value is transmitted by editing Zone 1-4. Off, On
PrgBnk Out Specifies whether or not value is transmitted by changing Tone Number.
Prg.. Only Program Change, Bnk.. Both Program Change and Bank MSB/LSB. Off, Prg, Bnk
PrgBnk Edit This group includes program and bank value. When you press "ENTER", you can edit the following list. it is transmitted when the performance number is changed.
Bank MSB Specifies Bank MSB Value. 0 to 127
Bank LSB Specifies Bank LSB Value. 0 to 127
Prog Chg Specifies Program Change Value. 1 to 128

• Adds "OSC S1-P2" to the Destination of Virtual Controller.
Press the "TONE" button and the "EDIT" button to display the Tone editing screen.
Press enter to enter the Virtual Controller editing screen when "VirtualCtrl" is selected .
You can choose "OSC S1-P2" as a target when "Dest" is selected.
If you choose it, you can control simultaneously from Synth OSC 1 to PCM OSC 2 as a target for virtual controller.

Applicable Users

XW-P1 owners whose instrument is still running less than Version 1.11 firmware.
Note that when the firmware of the instrument is updated, the firmware is unreturnable to original version.

To check your firmware version
On your XW-P1 instrument, press the [power] button to turn on the instrument.
Press the "SETTING" button to display the setting screen.
If you can not find "INFO" under "MIDI" in the list, the firmware version of the instrument is less than 1.11. You need to download this update software and install it on the instrument.
If you can find "INFO" and press [enter] to display the version confirmation screen, the firmware version of the instrument is the number which is displayed.
