Horrible company, I make payment through paypal and they have options to ship to all europe, plus Greece. I call them to check on the order and they told me that they cannot ship to greece only France and swiss. Ok, I said I was a refund and they denied my refund! thieves!!!
they told me I need to call paypal, I call paypal and open a dispute, and of course paypal told THEY need to call them and make the refund from paypal.
I called them to tell them that and they hung up on me 4 times!
Then they left open the phone number and they started talking in france.
Horrible company, I still don't have my money and I don't know whats going to happen. Completely unprofessional and possibly racists maybe because I am Greek.
Well, I will add this to my blog about their horrific customer serve and idiocracy denying me to make the refund.
