EQ

The filter assembly is arranged in a system of six modules while a seventh unit contains the input and output amplifiers.
The placing of the controls on the front panel has been designed in such a way as to make the most imaginative use possible of the filter.
The particularity of these EQ is the ability to select the operating mode of each band.
-Pressing the L button, the filter is excluded,
-Pressing the A button, it works in attenuation mode
-Pressing the E button, it works in exaltation mode
On the left side is the bass corrector, while the sixth module on the right contains the treble corrector. On both of these there is a five-key push button strip for selecting the frequencies, while a rotary switch regulates the maximum amount of correction in steps of 3 dB from 0 to 21dB. By operating the slide switch, the slope of the curve can be set at 12 or 6 dB/octave.

COMP

Pearl2 compressor (also included in the Channel-Strip version) includes the following controls: Output (Usc.), Input (Ingr.), On/Bypass.

ACCESO: This button acivates the compressor.
When led is illuminated the comp is enabled. When led is off the compressor is bypassed.
PRE AMPLI: This button enables the preamp.
SENSIBILITA’ INGRESSO (Input trim): This knob sets the gain of input signal from -24 dB to +24 dB.
USCITA (Makeup): This knob sets the gain compensation and it is designed to boost the compressed signal from 0 dB to +24 dB.
GAIN REDUCTION METER: It measures the reduction level applied by the compressor. The meter indicates ‘0’ in the absence of any input signal or gain reduction. If the signal exceeds the compression threshold or limit level, the amount of gain reduction is displayed.
RIPRISTINO (Release): This knob sets the compressor’s release time (0.5, 1, 2.5, 6, 15 S).
MODULAZIONE (SHMOD): This knob controls the shape of the compressor’s attack curve. It allows to fine-tune the attack shape in 5 steps.
SOGLIA (Threshold): This knob sets the threshold of the compressor. Range from -64dBu to 0dBu.
MISCELAZIONE (Dry/Wet): This control determines the mix proportion between the original (dry) and ‘effected’ (wet) signals.
COMPRESSORE (Ratio): This knob sets the compression ratio  (Limit / Compr. 2:1 / Compr. 3:1).
INGRESSO RETTIFICATORE: Press the switch to enable the "external sidechain".
CONTROLLO: Press this switch to disable the "INSANE" mode of the compressor (0.07)
