Le Behringer MDX2200 Composer Pro est un processeur de dynamique à double canal, composé d'un compresseur / limiteur et un expander / gate. Il est conçu pour les studios de la maison, et je n'aurais certainement pas l'utiliser n'importe où ailleurs, voire pas du tout. Il possède deux connecteurs XLR et ¼ "connexions pour vos entrées et sorties pour chacun des canaux, ainsi que de ¼" connexions pour le chaînage côté. Il est montable en rack et ne vous prendra un seul espace.

The Behringer MDX2200 Composer Pro is a dual channel dynamics processor, consisting of a compressor/limiter and an expander/gate. It’s designed for home studios, and I definitely wouldn’t use it anywhere else, if at all. It’s got both XLR and ¼” connections for your inputs and outputs for each of the channels, as well as ¼” connections for side chaining. It is rack mountable and will only take up a single space.
Utilisation
La composition de la Pro Behringer MDX2200 Composer permet une bonne quantité de contrôle sur le son entre les deux sections sur chaque canal pour votre compresseur / limiteur et expander / gate. La section expander / gate a des paramètres pour le seuil et le ratio, tandis que le compresseur / limiteur a ceux pour seuil, ratio, attaque, release, niveau de sortie, et un autre seuil du limiteur de pointe, il a à son bord. Il ya aussi un bouton entre les deux canaux pour le couplage stéréo. Chaque canal a également conduit de dosage pour seuil, la réduction de gain, et d'entrée / sortie. The make up of the Behringer MDX2200 Composer Pro allows for a good amount of control over your sound between the two sections on each channel for your compressor/limiter and expander/gate. The expander/gate section has parameters for threshold and ratio, while the compressor/limiter has those for threshold, ratio, attack, release, output level, and another threshold for the peak limiter it has on board. There’s also a button in between the two channels for stereo coupling. Each channel also has LED metering for threshold, gain reduction, and input/output level. A manual might be a good thing to have if you’re new to the world of dynamic processing, but otherwise it’s probably not necessary.
Qualité Sonore
Le son de la Pro Behringer MDX2200 Composer est un peu inférieur à la moyenne à mon avis. J'ai des plug-ins qui sonnent beaucoup mieux que cela, même si ils ont certainement coûté plus aussi bien. Il ne vous donner beaucoup de contrôle sur votre son, mais la plupart du temps, il tue votre signal plus que tout. La section expander / gate est assez utile, mais je ne suis pas un grand fan de la façon dont les sons compresseur / limiteur. Ceci est une unité correcte pour débuter avec si vous avez un home studio vraiment basique, mais même alors, je vous recommande de faire des plug-ins sur ce à des fins de commodité.

The sound of the Behringer MDX2200 Composer Pro is a bit below average in my opinion. I’ve got plug-ins that sound a whole lot better than this, although they certainly cost more as well. It does give you a lot of control over your sound, but most of the time it kills your signal more than anything. The expander/gate section is pretty useful, but I’m just not a big fan of the way the compressor/limiter sounds. This is an okay unit to get started with if you have a really basic home studio, but even then I’d recommend getting plug-ins over this for convenience purposes.

Globalement, je ne peux pas dire que je vous recommande l'Behringer Composer MDX2200 Pro à n'importe vraiment. C'est pas cher certes, mais ce n'est pas un métier hors égale à mon avis. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un processeur de dynamique pour votre home studio, je vous encourage à choisir de dépenser un peu plus sur le matériel dollars, ou aller avec un plug-in comme Digidesign Smack LE, qui sonne mieux que cela, même si il n 't autant de contrôle là-bas. Behringer fonctionne de l'intérieur avec leurs produits, et il montre sans aucun doute.

Overall, I can’t say that I’d recommend the Behringer MDX2200 Composer Pro to anyone really. It’s cheap for sure, but it’s not an equal trade off in my opinion. If you’re looking for a dynamics processor for your home studio, I’d encourage you to either spend a few more bucks on hardware, or go with a plug-in like Digidesign’s Smack LE, which sounds better than this even though there isn’t as much control there. Behringer works from the inside out with their products, and it definitely shows.
