The Nomad Factory Liquid Bundle is a suite of plug-ins for your DAW. It contains five different plug-ins including a flanger, a reverb, a compressor, a delay and a chorus. Installing the bundle was quick and easy as I had no compatibility issues with my set up. Since installing the plug-ins, I haven't had any problems at all with them. I don't have a manual for this bundle, but the plug-ins are easy to use and to install, so you shouldn't really need it.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
I am running the Nomad Factory Liquid Bundle on a Mac Book Pro that has a 2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4 GB of RAM. I run these plug-ins in Pro Tools LE 7.4 that runs off of a Digi 002R audio interface. However, these plug-ins are VST based and in order to run them in Pro Tools you must have the VST to RTAS wrapper. With this configuration, I am able to run a good amount of any of these plug-ins at once without any issues. They don't take up too much processing power and they have always run smoothly for me.
OVERALL OPINION
I've been using the Nomad Factory Liquid Bundle for about two years and have found them to be a useful set of plug-ins. Each of the plug-ins in this bundle are useful, but I probably use the flanger and chorus the most, as I have other plug-ins that I would rather use for compression, delay, and reverb. This being said, all of the plug-ins are pretty realistic and each have a good amount of options to control your tone. The price of this bundle is probably the best part, as it only cost $100 USD. This makes them a great option for home and project studio owners, but are great for anyone interested in a good, cheap set of plug-ins.
