32 cross fader curves. The curves are amazing on this mixer. It can be redicoulsy sharp to a super smooth curve with a few adjustments of the controls. Perfect for that skratch gig or house party. It has some some curve settings that make no sense to me. Someone else might find them useful but I dont. The digital cross fader literally bounces in you fingers. Possibly the lightest cross fader out there. I would even say its better than the rane 56. Youll run into people that say this mixer has a slight curve which is total BS. The lag space is extremely small with a crisp FULL cut in. Id say the cut in is around 1mm or possibly less. I didnt actually measure it but the crossfader slot is not visible during full cut in. The cross fader is completely digital. Your lube and dusting the faders days are done with. The up faders are extremely smooth but could of used a curve control of its own. That would of been nice.

UTILIZATION
Pretty much plug and play if your familiar with a mixer. All the typical stuff nothing special. Only problem is that the cf monitor fader can get in the way when skratching.

SOUNDS
Has the usual vestax lay out. High's, lows, left and right setting per channel, no mids. You can transfer more bass than usual when skratching hard if your layout is a little snug. Just leave a little space between your tables and mixer to solve this. Nothing special. The sound is crisp but im not an expert on sound.
OVERALL OPINION
Love it to death and ill probably never sell it. Its hard to believe this mixer goes for 250-400 used on ebay and the pmc 05 pro III goes for 300 brand new. Good luck finding one. Its getting rarer by the year. If you do manage to get you fingers on one, youll probably never sell it. Quite possibly the last mixer youll need. Its not a gimmick. The digital faders will be back one day and youll see that this mixer was ahead of its time.
