The US made Charvels are the best guitars I have ever played. I have played Andersons, Suhr, Fender, Gibson, Tyler, and too many more to even mention. None of them have the feel and comfort that the US made Charvels have. All of these are solid guitar but not close IMO to these new Charvels. Since Fender has taken over Charvel and brought back the way they should be made....things have been never been better.

The day I first got the chance to play a So-Cal Tangerine I was blown away. No guitar has ever had the mojo and gut wrenching raw power and aggression that this guitar had. I got to play this guitar up against a San Dimas and I would prefer that guitar only due to the pickups. The So-Cal has Dimarzios where the San Dimas has Seymours which had a bit more aggression. The Dimarzios sounded a little bit more smoother and vintage sounding. Which was cool as well, but I really am a fan of the Seymour's in my guitars.

This guitar had an Alder body and a Maple neck and that was about it. Sounded like a hot rod guitar should sound like.

UTILIZATION

This guitar had one volume knob and a pickup selector and that was it. It was simple and efficient. No fancy mini switches for boost or tone knobs that really don't do much. I mean who uses those stupid things anyway....well I do on my single coil Strat. This guitar needing none of that extra stuff.

SOUNDS

The tone coming from this guitar was superb. The tone and the pissed off Strat element was just too much. So I bought the amp I was playing it through. A Splawn Quickrod went home me that day. I played it through a Splawn 4x12 with small block speakers. This combination was just a match made in heaven. I love the guitar so much that it has changed my perception of my Les Paul. I think it may take a back seat to this guitar.

I think this guitar can play to any kind of music, but it just screams to be played rock hard. Heavy pissed off Marshal type tones just blend so well with this guitar. These are just simple guitars with so much character. I love the simplistic element to them. They are just simple and just right. I can see myself owning several down the road.

OVERALL OPINION

This guitar represents everything that is right and sleazy about rock n roll. It has an elegance and an attitude all at the same time. This is the hot-rodded guitar I have been waiting for since I learned the guitar.

I would recommend this guitar to anyone who appreciates a solid built axe that is simple and the best neck on a guitar you can find anywhere. The best thing about these guitars is the get better the more you play them.

Les Etats-Unis a fait Charvels sont les meilleures guitares que j'ai jamais joué. J'ai joué Andersons, Suhr, Fender, Gibson, Tyler, et un trop grand nombre plus à même mentionner. Aucun d'entre eux ont la sensation et le confort que les Etats-Unis Charvels fait avoir. Tous ces éléments sont la guitare solide, mais pas à proximité de l'OMI à ces nouveaux Charvels. Depuis Fender a repris Charvel et ramené la façon dont ils doivent être faites .... les choses ont été jamais été meilleurs.

Le jour où j'ai eu la chance de jouer un Tangerine So-Cal J'ai été soufflé. Aucune guitare n'a jamais eu le mojo de puissance et de l'intestin déchirante premières et l'agression que cette guitare était. J'ai eu à jouer cette guitare contre un San Dimas et je préférerais que la guitare seule raison de les micros. La So-Cal a Dimarzios où la San Dimas a Seymours l'agression qui avait un peu plus. Le Dimarzios sonnait un peu plus lisse et vintage sonne. Quel était cool aussi, mais je suis vraiment un fan de la Seymour de mes guitares.

Cette guitare a un corps en aulne et un manche en érable et ce fut à ce sujet. Sonnait comme une guitare hot rod devrait ressembler.

UTILISATION

Cette guitare a un bouton de volume et un sélecteur de micro et c'est tout. Il était simple et efficace. Pas de commutateurs de fantaisie mini stimuler ou de boutons ton qui vraiment ne pas faire grand chose. Je veux dire qui utilise ces choses stupides quand même .... bon je fais sur mon Démarrer simple bobinage. Cette guitare nécessitant aucune de ces trucs supplémentaires.

SONORITÉS

Le ton en provenance de cette guitare est superbe. Le ton et l'élément de début pissed off était juste trop. J'ai donc acheté l'ampli je le joue à travers. Un Quickrod Splawn suis rentré chez moi ce jour. Je l'ai joué à travers un 4x12 Splawn avec haut-parleurs petit bloc. Cette combinaison était juste un match dans le ciel. J'aime la guitare, si bien qu'il a changé ma perception de mon Les Paul. Je pense que cela peut prendre une banquette arrière à cette guitare.

Je pense que cette guitare peut jouer à n'importe quel genre de musique, mais il crie juste pour être joué hard rock. Lourde pissed off tons de type maréchal de se fondre si bien avec cette guitare. Ce sont des guitares tout simple avec beaucoup de caractère. J'aime l'élément simpliste pour eux. Ils sont juste simple et juste. Je me vois posséder plusieurs bas de la route.

AVIS GLOBAL

Cette guitare représente tout ce qui est juste et louche sur le rock n roll. Il a une élégance et une attitude tout à la fois. C'est la guitare chaud rodded J'ai attendu depuis que j'ai appris la guitare.

Je recommanderais cette guitare à tous ceux qui apprécient une hache solide construite qui est simple et le meilleur du cou sur une guitare que vous pouvez trouver n'importe où. La meilleure chose à propos de ces guitares est l'aller mieux, plus vous les jouez.
