The SBooth developed Max software is audio file conversion and tagging software, available as a free download for Macintosh systems only. It's open source software that serves a few basic functions, but does what it does very efficiently with an easy to use interface that is both basic and effective. In Max you're able to do simple file converting, as well as having the ability to insert metadata and album artwork. The vast preferences controls allow you to use the software in a number of different fashions, and is also great for ripping CD's into just about any desired format. For me, I use Max whenever I'm converting bounced mixes into mp3 form with full metadata and all that. You can download this straight from SBooth's website for free and I'm not sure if a manual is present for it.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

Right now I'm running Max on my Mac Book Pro laptop and have been for a couple of years now. The computer has a 2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4 GB of RAM, which has been more than enough for me to use the software quickly and effectively, as it converts files rather quickly. It's a Mac only software, although there's all sorts of free comparable programs for Windows as well. This is definitely the easiest to use software of it's kind that I've used and I can't imagine anyone having problems running it.

OVERALL OPINION

If you have a Mac and are working at all with audio files, Max is a very worthwhile piece of software to have. It's not going to be as in depth as something you might buy, but being that it's free I believe it can do a whole lot for you. I love how easy it is to tag everything right up in here as this will continue to be my go to software for these purposes. C'est un logiciel open source qui sert de quelques fonctions de base, mais fait ce qu'il fait de manière très efficace avec une interface facile à utiliser qui est à la fois fondamentale et efficace. Dans Max vous êtes capable de faire la conversion de fichier simple, ainsi que d'avoir la possibilité d'insérer des métadonnées et des pochettes d'album. Les contrôles de vastes préférences vous permettent d'utiliser le logiciel dans un certain nombre de façons différentes, et est également grand pour ripper des CD en n'importe quel format désiré. Pour moi, je me sers quand je suis Max convertir rebondi mêle en forme mp3 avec des métadonnées complet et tout ça. ADÉQUATION/PERFORMANCE

En ce moment je suis à court Max sur mon portable Mac Book Pro et ont été pour une couple d'années maintenant. L'ordinateur dispose d'un 2,2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo et 4 Go de RAM, ce qui a été plus que suffisant pour moi d'utiliser le logiciel rapidement et efficacement, car il convertit les fichiers assez rapidement. C'est un logiciel Mac uniquement, bien qu'il y ait toutes sortes de programmes gratuits pour Windows comparables aussi bien. C'est certainement le plus facile d'utiliser un logiciel de son genre que j'ai utilisé et je ne peux pas imaginer que quelqu'un ayant des problèmes de l'exécuter.

AVIS GLOBAL

Si vous avez un Mac et travaillent à tous les fichiers audio, Max est un morceau très intéressant d'avoir le logiciel. Il ne va pas être aussi en profondeur que quelque chose que vous pourriez acheter, mais étant que c'est gratuit, je crois qu'il peut faire tout un tas pour vous. J'aime comment il est facile de marquer tout droit jusqu'à ici comme cela continuera à être mon aller logiciels à ces fins.
