you know how I love your material since years
but
for now I've got a serious problem with Jammanager
you know (yes you do) this piece of software was never a model of ergonomy
but these times I CAN'T use it as
it crashes each time I try to connect with my Jamman XT solo
(i have several)
I hope you can help

I must add that if I can't use this software anymore I will have to change my
gears
it's a pity : pedals work well & I love them
is there a fix or some update ? or another way to connect to the gear ?
i add the crash dumps

Hi Christophe,

We're aware of an issue with the program checking for firmware updates when the pedal is plugged in causing the application to crash. Before plugging in the pedal, try changing the preferences to set Check for Firmware Updates to "Never" and see if it works again.
