Hi ! I asked the NI support team a question ... A new ticket has been created for my request. The ticket status is currently set to "pending" as they ask me to launch NI SUPPORT TOOL to provide more information about my system; the problem is that this application freezes after 2 minutes and therefore my ticket is ignored, and therefore I can no longer communicate with them ...; does anyone know about this problem? Thank you.
