The Dunlop Microphone Stand Pick Holder is a simple device which goes right onto your microphone stand and holds your picks in place. This is designed for live shows, which is what my experience is with the product. I find that I do drop a lot of picks while I'm playing, so having a whole slew of picks at arms reach is great for me in times of need. Even when I don't drop a pick, sometimes one will be a bit worm out and this makes it easy enough to just grab a new one whenever I want without having to search around in my pocket or another place for one. You can fit about six to seven standard size picks in the holder, but since I normally use smaller picks, I can fit a bunch of them at once. However, I really only find it necessary to have a few of them in there at a time as I typically don't need more than one or two picks during a show. While I can see how the Dunlop Microphone Stand Pick Holder might not be necessary for everyone, I like having it around as it makes it just one less thing that I have to think about during a show. The price of the holder is also cheap enough where if I lost it at a show or something like that I wouldn't be all too upset and would just get a new one. The Dunlop Microphone Stand Pick Holder will fit on just about any stand as far as I know and can tell as I've never found a stand that I wasn't able to attach it right onto. There isn't too much more to say about this product that I haven't already said, as in general it is a pretty self explanatory piece of gear, but I will say that if you're considering getting one of these to just go ahead and do it as I think that you'll find it useful and be happy that you did.
