BitRate II & Monoboy is a dual hybrid percussive and melodic synth ensemble for Reaktor 5 created by Icebreaker Audio.
- BitRate II employs multiple methods of retro digital synthesis and sampling to produce drum sounds (chipsounds, FM, lo-fi, glitchy circuit bending...). Drums can be triggered via MIDI or the internal sequencer (2 modulation sequences per drum) and the instrument includes a 5-channel mixer and a master FX section with analog modeled EQ, bus compressor and speaker simulator
- MonoBoy is the melodic counterpart of BitRate II, and uses the same type of synth engines: 3 sound generators modes (DM sampler, arpeggiator and voice controls), 2 modulation sequences and a master FX section with Bit Delay
- Requires the Full version of Reaktor 5 (version 5.9.0 or later)
