The new Tama Starclassic Copper snare offers a 5 1/2 x 14" 1.5 mm thick copper shell for a sound that's both dark and loud. "Dark and loud are usually considered mutually exclusive terms," said Ace Okamoto of Tama. "But the combination of copper and a thick 'G shell' gives this limited edition snare both deep rich dark tones and unbelievable projection."

In addition to the regular projection thick maple shells, Tama has offered limited edition Starclassic snares with thicker metal shells such as the new copper model.

Awesome! I am now playing for 15 years and I have to tell you: this Tama drum is one of the best snares I ve ever played on. I ordered the drum in germany (359¿)having no idea of the exact sound. The description on Harmony Central is really right. Aditionally the drum is very dynamic and has a lot of warmth and body. This drum is perfect! Warm recommendation, but its limited

i've been finding a cooper for months and the pearl FFS copper use to be my first choice, and after trying this SCS1455H, i know i was wrong... i recommend ALL drummers to go and buy, or at least try, this snare... you'll love it.. the deep tone it produce is really one of a kind...

Pas de surprise, cette caisse claire est sombre comme un bois épais, et claquante comme de l'acier, elle est serait presque discrète, mais pour le métal, elle fera des merveilles (pour le jazz aussi, car elle est impressionnante de discretion quand quand on la caresse).
Ceux qui cherche une caisse claire omniprésente et gueularde, passez votre chemin !!!
Ceux qui hésite entre bois et métal... C'est un bon compromis...
Attention : Edition limitée...
