This is a fantastic guitar, one I had the fortune of playing only once when recording an album, but I got used to it very quickly. It has a rosewood fingerboard, and a standard Tele bridge. It has a maple neck and body. There are 21 frets, two knobs (volume and tone), and a three-way pickup selector switch. These are all horizontally lined underneath the bridge. I like this feature because you negate the possibility of hitting the switch while strumming.

UTILIZATION

The last fret is pretty easily accessed, thanks to the cutaway in the body. This is a classic feature of Telecasters even today. The sounds that come out of this thing are pretty great, I don't think it's going to take anyone too long to find something they like unless they have a really bad amp. The guitar itself is rather light, it's certainly not difficult at all to move around with. On the guitar that I played, the drivers were very much stable, and everything seemed to be in working order.

SOUNDS

I really like this guitar when used with a Fender Twin. It's got a great amount of versatility. The bridge pickup is great for rock tones, it's powerful and bright without losing too much low end. I believe this is because of the position that the pickup is in, which is slanted slightly, with the bottom closer to the bridge. It really works great with an overdrive or distortion pedal. The neck pickup, meanwhile, is a rich, deep, solid sound. This is a really good sound for smoother R&B playing, Blues, or even some down-home style rock playing. The middle selection, the one between pickups, isn't as useful to me, I don't think it has enough character. But it doesn't really matter considering how great the other pickups are. I also really liked this guitar with a Marshall, it definitely was more rocking with the gain, although the clean sound was less savory than the Twin.

OVERALL OPINION

I really can't say much more about how this guitar is. It's so solid that it's hard to find them for a reasonable price. This is a long time saving up for most people, but I'd say that it's worth it in the long run. With proper maintenance, you will never tire of this thing.

C'est une guitare fantastique,je n'ai eu la chance d'en jouer qu'une seule fois lors de l'enregistrement d'un album, mais je m'y suis habitué très rapidement. Elle a une touche en palissandre, et un pont standard de Tele. Elle a un manche et un corps en érable. Il y a 21 frettes, deux boutons (volume et tonalité) et un sélecteur de micros à trois position. Ce sont tous alignés horizontalement sous le pont. J'aime cette fonction parce que vous nier la possibilité de frapper l'interrupteur tout en grattant.

UTILISATION

La dernière frette est assez facilement accessible, grâce à la coupe dans le corps. Ceci est une caractéristique classique des Telecaster, même aujourd'hui. Les sons qui sortent de cette chose sont assez bon, je ne pense pas que ça va prendre quelqu'un trop longtemps pour trouver quelque chose qu'ils aiment à moins qu'ils aient un ampli vraiment mauvais. La guitare en elle-même est plutôt légère, ce n'est certainement pas difficile de se déplacer avec. Sur la guitare que j'ai joué, les pilotes ont été très stable, et tout semblait être en ordre de marche.

SONORITÉS

J'aime vraiment cette guitare lorsqu'elle est utilisée avec un Fender Twin. Elle a une bonne polyvalence. Le micro chevalet est parfait pour des tonalités rock, il est puissant et brillant sans perdre trop bas de gamme. Je crois que c'est à cause de la position que le ramassage est in, qui est incliné légèrement, avec le bas proche du pont. Il fonctionne vraiment très bien avec une pédale de distorsion overdrive ou. Le micro manche, quant à lui, est un riche, profond, son solide. C'est un son vraiment bon pour lisse de R & B de jouer, blues, ou même certains bas-home jouer du rock style. La sélection du milieu, celle entre les micros, n'est pas aussi utile pour moi, je ne pense pas qu'il a assez de caractère. Mais il ne compte pas vraiment compte à quel point les micros sont d'autres. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé cette guitare avec un Marshall, c'était certainement plus à bascule avec le gain, bien que le son clean est moins savoureux que le Twin.

AVIS GLOBAL

Je ne peux vraiment pas en dire beaucoup plus comment est cette guitare. Elle est si solide qu'il est difficile de la trouver pour un prix raisonnable. La plupart des gens doivent économiser pendant longtemps pour l'avoir, mais je dirais que ça vaut le coup sur le long terme. Avec un bon entretien, vous ne vous lasserai jamais de cette chose.
