Just purchased the SC-1100 and in one word..."Amazing". Used it for female vocals and it sits in the mix extrememly well. I have used most high end mic's and this T-Bone is as good as any of the best microphones on the market. I am a Canadian composser and producer and expect the best possible translation of a performance. This T-Bone SC 1100 delivers in Tons. The quality of the finish is outstanding. You would think it was a microphone worth 10x it's price. As one person said here.." It is not a great microphone for the price...IT is a GREAT Microphone Basta. I used a vintage tube pre-amp with "JJ" tubes. Very warm to say the least. Well done Thomann for over seeing such a fine product.
