'73' is an expansion pack for the Kurzweil PC3K containing about 26 Mb of samples coming from a Rhodes MK1 piano.
- The sound of the Rhodes was sent to a Class-A pre-amp Audient MiCO
- The output of the pre-amp was set to AES/EBU and sent directly into the RME UFX
- We recorded 3 notes by octave across all the keyboard at 4 different strikes level (soft, med-, med+, hard)
- some of the presets have up to 14 layers of different velocity level
- add the hammers, tines and pedal noises...
- These presets are user-adjustable and you can create your own sounds
