Citation : Sample and Hold module is used to capture a signal's voltage level and hold it. The sampling can be triggered by an external signal such as an oscillator, by the internal oscillator, or manually. An LED indicates when a sample is being taken.
Interesting effects can be created by sampling a noise waveform and using the result to control an oscillator, filter, or clipper.
Mais je comprend pas bien la chose
Sur mon system100, ça ressemble plus à un lfo sur la vca qu'autre chose.
C'est quoi le principe general ?
J'ajouterais que le S&H n'est pas forcément synchronisé sur une horloge.
un S&H plus général est donc :
- un signal à "echantilloner"
- un signal "trigger"
à chaque fois que l'on envoie un front montant sur le trigger, il y a echantillonage.
le trigger est souvent connecté à une horloge, mais on peut imaginer d'autres utilisations.
