Antonio Aparicio Sanchez was born in Alcublas a small town in the providence of Valencia on 22/6/1943.

At the age of 14 years he moved with his family to the city of Valencia, and in a few days he started working in the Tatay factory making guitars, he realized that he was fascinate with the construction of the guitar, he stared the inclination and devotion for the world of the guitar making.

In few time he revealed himself as a great worker and innovator of the Spanish Guitar, he did not past unnoticed from another Guitar factories in a small period of time they attend to his work to acquire him.

After thinking very deep he decided to go and work for Francisco Esteve, where he continued developing each day his outstanding work for the guitar, time passed by and his love and devotion for the guitar made him desire to continue innovate and improve his job. Then he realized that by working for someone else he would not be able to fulfill his ideas.

In 1967, right after he got married he decided to create his own factory along with two friends and the Three of them created Raimundo & Aparicio. Where they worked very hard for many years. During this time they experienced time of joy as well as sadness. Soon one of his partners abandoned the factory.

The factory R&A continued growing and with time it became a large company. Something that stated troubling A.A.S. was the realization that there seemed to be abandon for the quality and the love of the guitar in favors of the “numbers”, something he did not approve. Later after he had a conversation with his associate, a decision was made on creating a company named Concert Antonio Sanchez (he could not use Aparicio since it was already used in the other company, but Sanchez is the 2nd last name for Antonio Aparicio)

In the year 1981 the company A.A.S. along with his son, Antonio Aparicio Garcia who had been working with him for 3 years, continued developing the love and dedication for the guitar. Something they did very well and in few time this new company also grow plenty. But they found themselves back in the same situation (same circumstance as before)

Shortly after A.A.S. conversed with his son they decided to sell their share of 50% from the other companies, to start again in their own factory. In 01/10/2001 they opened the door to their factory Guitarras Antonio Aparicio, since then they have dedicated with much success to their jobs, their hobby, their fondness, for the construction and development of the Spanish Guitar.

The Guitars build by AAS and co-workers in this new factory have been recognized throughout the world. In their guitars they have put all of their knowledge in the construction not to mention the number of guitar players and musical friend that punctually assist their factory.

For what we can say without a doubt till this day, the guitars AA are the most convenient and easy to play in the market. AA guitar are one of the best built with a special finish with a portion of quality-price with no comparison in the market.

Until the year 2011 in which AAS decides to retire and AAG seeing the potential of the market in USA, he decides along with his wife to begin a new company in CA. from January of 2012 the guitars are being build in the USA. By Antonio Aparicio
