The top of the Framus FD 28 Nashville is made of solid AA Sitka spruce, back and sides of solid East Indian Rosewood. The satin-finished mahogany neck (C-profile) is equipped with a tiger stripe ebony fingerboard (radius: 16", 21 polished medium frets, Tusq saddle), the bridge also consists of tiger stripe ebony and comes with a compensated Tusq nut. The headstock features a Indian rosewood veneer, Framus logo and mother-of- pearl inlays, and Vintage Grover open gear gold machine heads (ratio 18: 1).
These high-class instruments are equipped with Fishman Prefix Plus T preamp system and Cleartone Acoustic 012 - 053 strings. The following finishes are available:
- Vintage Transparent Satin Natural Tinted
- Vintage Transparent High Polish Natural Tinted
- Vintage Dark Sunburst Transparent High Polish
Each instrument comes with a separate optional black pickguard. Other pickguard finishes (Crème, Tortoise and Transparent) are available from your dealer or in our web shop. All Framus Legacy Acoustics are handcrafted in P.R. China.
