Quand la marque décide de produire un préampli au format pédale. La RGOD a été mise au point pour renouer avec l’esprit de la série RG, des amplis à transistors de type FET qui ont contribué à forger le son Randall, Le RGOD propose 2 canaux avec des réglages de Gain et de Volume séparés. Une EQ de base comprenant Bass, Middle et Treble est complétée par deux petits boutons « Bass boost » et « Mid boost », ainsi qu’un réglage « Presence ». Un 3ème bouton « TSS (Tone Stack Shift)» pour permettre d’élargir le spectre d’action des Middle. Pour passer d’un canal à l’autre, nous avons un switch « Gain 1/2 » qui permet de passer d’un canal à l’autre, et le switch de Bypass. Le Gain 1 va de l’Overdrive à la disto méchante, et le Gain 2 propose un son féroce avec une dose de drive encore plus poussée. Avantage de ce préampli : on peut l’utiliser comme pédale de disto ou préamp de studio, auquel il suffit d’ajouter une émulation d’enceinte pour que ça sonne au top. Ultra-typé, pas du tout ami avec les sons clean et le blues au crunch rond, mais tellement efficace dans le registre qui décoiffe les hispters et drague les guitares à humbuckers à haut niveau de sortie ! Et ça sonne encore mieux si on place de l’ampli de puissance à lampes derrière. Ampli Fender, clean bien sûr énorme, belle saturation, pedalier de switch de canal/ 50 W en 4X10 mais extrèmement puissant et projectif (trop pour moi). Il prend aussi très bien les pédales de drive, octave, fuzz etc. Idéalement à venir chercher, mais possibilité de livraison selon distance. Paiement en liquide.

Seconde main mais état tout proche du neuf (une seule marque sur le côté gauche du précédent propriétaire, voir photos), dans sa boîte d’origine, alim fournie + mode d'emploi + mode d'emploi de l'éditeur logiciel qui est très pratique pour ne pas avoir à se baisser).
