Fishman Triple Play

I have received my Fishman Triple Play. I did followed all the instructions and downloading all the mentioned software stipulated in the box including registration and giving the code number. I have almost downloaded 15 GB. After all these procedures done, it was a great disappointment results. I used my strat Fender Electric guitar. I tried in vain and I cannot produce any sounds.It was sound of silence.The item was not worthy of its price.Very bad I was thinking made in U.S.A but to my dismay it was made in China. I will not recommend this product to my friends to buy show less.
