Hello,

I am a new owner of a Hammerfall Multiface + Card bus.
My note book is a :
Dell Inspiron 4100
Windows 2000 PROFESSIONEL
INTEL P3 1GHZ
RAM 512 MO
PCI Card Texas Instrument PCI-1420

When I boot the computer, Window not recognize the new materiel (I moved and removed the card bus...)

When I force the new materiel installation (from the directory HDSP w2k), the computer crash at the reboot.
The error message is the following (very scared message !!!) :
STOP : 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xEB771113, 0x00000000, 0x00000010)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Verify free disk memory
If the driver is identified in the error message, turn it off
change your video card
contact your seller to update the BIOS
turn off in the BIOS the memory fonction like shadow, etc...
go to drink a beer with your girlfriend and forget it !!!

I reboot on another profile, and windows can work (I'm so happy to see the Start Up of windows !!!)
The audio device delete himself, and change into "recupered drivers, RME audio + Midi)

Is Windows 2000 PROFESSIONNEL is really compatible ??

Help me, please, and I'll married with you !!!
