Logiciel d'édition graphique pour le synthétiseur DX7 de Yamaha et quelques autres cousins et frères de ce synthé.

DX-Manager est compatible avec tous les synthés DX7 à 6 opérateurs:

TX7TX802etc... Ainsi qu'avec les synthés à 4 opérateurs au format rack ou clavier tels:
DX11TX81Zetc... Pour utiliser DX-Manager avec votre synthé, vous devez posséder une interface midi et deux câbles midi connectés à votre PC.

Avec DX-Manager, vous pouvez organiser et gérer vos sons et banques de sons via un explorateur comparable à l'Explorer de Windows. Vous pouvez éditer graphiquement vos sons grace à l'interface "What you see is what you get" de l'éditeur. Vous pouvez ainsi fabriquer de nouveaux sons à partir de sons existant, ou (DXxx à 6 opérateurs uniquement) utiliser l'outil "Patch Generator" qui automatise le processus.

Si vous débutez dans le monde de la synthèse FM, vous trouverez une aide précieuse avec DX-Manager qui vous permettra de vous familiariser avec les concepts fondamentaux de ce type de synthèse.
