Following the success of the Warp at Vasarely festival last year, Warp join forces with some of the world’s best labels for 2004’s event. On 28th-30th May artists from Rephlex, Basic Channel, Ghostly International, Playhouse, Gooom and Bpitch Control join Warp plus local acts for three unforgettable nights of live music, cinema and art installations.
Concerts take place within the hexagonal space of the incredible Fondation Vasarely, built in 1976 by the internationally renowned optical artist Victor Vasarely, and one of the most mind-bending buildings in the World. There is also a dedicated cinema featuring Pleix and Warp Vision, plus the chance to see Vasarely’s own artworks in their natural surroundings. The event is part of a new and ongoing project Territoires Electroniques, an initiative to develop live events and year-round artist residencies in unique venues across the South of France.
