Ce qui est assez amusant, c'est qu'on peut passer d'un très gros son moderne à un son façon HM2, d'un son 90's transistor à un son à lampe vintage ... tout ça avec un voicing bien particulier. 22 IRS proposés, sans nom de modèle ou d'HP, pareil ici on se sert de ses oreilles et non de ces yeux pour trouver le son.
Mon seul reproche : c'est blindé en basse, vraiment beaucoup trop. Sur DAW, faudra pas hésiter à être assez agressif sur le low cut. On a ici une simu qui se...…

Une multitude de presets sont également proposés, mimant même certains amplis ( le ampeg vh140 )
Point positif : une communauté est née autour de cet ampli, n'hésitez pas à rentrer en contact avec les membres voir avec le créateur du plugin qui vous donnerons des conseils pour dompter la bête.

Bon commençons par la base, vous pouvez oublier les sons clairs! Certes on peut faire quelques clean mais bon il n'y a pas de quoi s'en relever la nuit!
Son crunch il y a moyen d'arriver a quelques chose qui passe surtout si c'est un crunch un peu rock'n'roll a la AC/DC, la il y a moyen...par contre pour le Blues, on repassera
Enfin, on arrive a la raison d’être de ce plugin, la disto, le high gain et tout ce qui s'y apparente

Il y a un nombre d'option assez consequent et ce n'est pas un plugin qu'il est très facile de prendre en main, il va falloir y passer un peu de temps mais franchement ca vaut le coup. Du hard rock au grindcore, simu son suédois HM2, etc... il n'y a que l'embarras du choix.
Pour faire court, si vous jouez du gros son, c'est un plugin qu'il vous faut.
Pour ce qui n'aiment pas faire leurs sons eux meme, il y a un nombre assez impressionnant de presets qui sonnent très bien et qui vous mettrons directement sur la voie s'en avoir a trop se casser la tête.
Le meilleur pour la fin: le truc en plus que ce plugin a est la possibilité de simuler une piste stereo en jeu direct, ce qui donne évidement une ampleur au son qu'aucune autre simu n'arrive a égaler. Selon les DAW, il faut parfois choisir une piste stereo pour pouvoir en profiter faute de quoi l'option n'est pas disponible, c'est la cas dans Cubase par example, mais dans Reaper c'est automatique.
Bref, ce n'est pas une simu qui "reproduit" le son de certains amplis en tant que tel, meme s'il est possible d'arriver a quelque chose de très proche, mais elle deviendra vite un outil essentiel, voire incontournable, pour le gros son dans votre studio.
