Open500 - nouveau firmware modulaire pour la MPC500

Open500 adds new native pages to the Akai MPC500 (OS 1.31): live effects, a grid step sequencer, auto chop, time stretch and more. Loaded from a WAV file on the CF card, no hardware mod, and fully reversible: flash the original OS and your MPC is exactly as it came from Akai.

What's inside:
• Master FX: 12 live SP-404-style effects on the whole mix (stutter, filter, trance gate, lo-fi,
vinyl, scatter, delay, reverb, reverse, tape stop, chorus, tremolo). Hold a pad, the slider is the knob.
• Grid Seq: 16-step grid sequencer on the display, edits your sequence while it plays
• Auto Chop: slice a loop by BPM onto the pads
• Trans-Chop: slice on the transients
• Auto Warp: fit any loop to your sequence tempo
• Sample FX: effect chain printed into the sample, with real-time preview
• Pad Tools: swap / copy / clear pads
• Input Thru: line input always open to the outputs
• HUB: up to 8 add-ons at once, autoload at power on

Install: patch the official OS 1.31 in your browser (nothing is uploaded), flash it with
SHIFT + REC, load the add-ons from the CF card.
