C'est clair. Je ne peux que t'inviter à les réécouter plus tard. Il m'arrive souvent de jeter un album, et de le redécouvrir des mois après!
As-tu des albums de Vangelis à me conseiller? Car de ce que je connais de lui, il n'y a que la musique de "Blade runner" qui m'a plu!
Blade Runner fait partie de mes albums préférés (j'adore aussi le film) !
Sinon, dans le genre un peu ambient (qui pourrait t'intéresser), je te conseille :
- Albedo 0.39
- Soil Festivities (un peu trop répétitif et pas très construit, pas mon préféré)
- Opera Sauvage (un de mes albums préférés mais pas très électronique)
- L'Apocalypse des Animaux (pas très électronique non plus mais certains morceaux sont très émouvants)
- The City
- Direct (j'aime moins cet album)
D'une manière générale, je trouve qu'il y a d'excellentes choses sur la plupart des albums, mais aussi des trucs beaucoup moins écoutables (genre expérimental). Le plus flagrant pour ça c'est Heaven & Hell, où se cotoient des passages assez chaotiques et des moments sublimes. Sinon, au passage je te signale l'album See You Later dont est extrait Memories of Green figurant sur la BO de Blade Runner (bon album, un peu particulier mais excellente ambiance). Enfin, dans le genre plus grand public (facilement écoutable), il y a Voices et Oceanic qui sont des albums très aboutis et qui invitent au voyage, ou encore les BO genre 1492 ou Antarctica. J'arrête là parce que je suis en train de te faire la discographie de Vangelis. En fait, il a une oeuvre assez large, et pour bien le connaître, il faut avoir écouté plusieurs albums dans les différents styles qu'il pratique.

Eno dans les années 80, c'etait plannant et profond, tellement profond que ça me fait déprimer... La musique d'Eno est sombre et à la fois paradisiaque... Bon, j'arrete là... Faut que j'aille me coucher sinon ça va partir en live...

Brian Eno est il un génie ? je ne sais pas mais son oeuvre theorique (et pratique) est considérable. toute personne s'interessant à la production et aux techniques musicales doit se pencher sur le crane chauve du bonhomme (tres sympathique au demeurant, l'ayant rencontré lors d'une seance de dedicace)
bien sur tout le monde retient l'ambiant ,créé par hasard (maitre mot de son travail) alors qu'il avait une jambe dans le platre.
mais il y a aussi toutes ses collaborations (david byrne, peter gabriel,harold budd,john cale...), ses productions (u2, bowie, genesis...)
il ne s'est jamais prétendu musicien, tout ce qu'il a fait n'est pas transcendant (une bonne centaine de disques portent son nom) mais sans lui le monde de la musique serait tres different (mais il n'a pas empeché star academy
)
je vous conseille les 246 pages de

Blade Runner fait partie de mes albums préférés (j'adore aussi le film) !Sinon, dans le genre un peu ambient (qui pourrait t'intéresser), je te conseille :
- Albedo 0.39
- Soil Festivities (un peu trop répétitif et pas très construit, pas mon préféré)
- Opera Sauvage (un de mes albums préférés
mais pas très électronique)- L'Apocalypse des Animaux (pas très électronique non plus mais certains morceaux sont très émouvants)
- The City
- Direct (j'aime moins cet album)
D'une manière générale, je trouve qu'il y a d'excellentes choses sur la plupart des albums, mais aussi des trucs beaucoup moins écoutables (genre expérimental). Le plus flagrant pour ça c'est Heaven & Hell, où se cotoient des passages assez chaotiques et des moments sublimes. Sinon, au passage je te signale l'album See You Later dont est extrait Memories of Green figurant sur la BO de Blade Runner (bon album, un peu particulier mais excellente ambiance). Enfin, dans le genre plus grand public (facilement écoutable), il y a Voices et Oceanic qui sont des albums très aboutis et qui invitent au voyage, ou encore les BO genre 1492 ou Antarctica. J'arrête là parce que je suis en train de te faire la discographie de Vangelis. En fait, il a une oeuvre assez large, et pour bien le connaître, il faut avoir écouté plusieurs albums dans les différents styles qu'il pratique.
