Petite enceinte de chez Meyer, avec un grain magnifique, la UPM-1P a de multiples avantages : - Multi-diffusion, rappel de façade, retour pour console, front-fill - Auto-amplifiées, légères et compactes (174 x 457 x 196 mm / 9,53 kg), elles peuvent se monter directement sur un pied de micro (modèle lourd), ce qui permet de les coller à un mur pour sonoriser un cocktail ou une salle de réception. C'est un gros avantage, qui permet d'éviter un empattement de 1 m2 au sol pour le pied d'enceinte, et que tout le monde se prenne les pieds dedans. - Le modèle possède une carte son optionnelle, permettant de moduler indépendamment chaque enceinte, bien pratique quand il faut n'en baisser qu'une, car trop proche d'une table par exemple. A cause de son prix trop élevé, le produit est resté confidentiel.
