Custom Shop Blackguard Telecaster pickups reproduce the unmistakable tone of the Broadcaster, with a hotter output and more midrange growl than other vintage-style Fender pickups.

Tonal Characteristics

  • Enamel-coated magnet wire delivers warm vintage-style tones
  • Flush-mount polepieces produce even string response
  • Alnico 5 bridge pickup magnets add more focus and enhanced dynamics
  • Alnico 3 neck pickup magnet produce sweet, prominent midrange

  • Period-correct cloth output wire, fiber bobbin construction and copper base plate
  • Includes black bridge and chrome neck pickup covers
