Also, at ex5tech.com Sergiy posted a command line utility which will convert a whole yamaha format CDrom to wavs. The link is here:

A few people trying to dowload it from ex5tech.com complained that it triggered a virus alert on their system so it seems to be removed from ex5tech.com.
I have downloaded it from the link above, virus checked it and used it without any problems. However I dont imply any warranty with this statement

-r When this option is given application will operate in "recursive mode"
and will process all subdirectories starting from the "source dir".
Also in this mode application tries to maintain all AxK volume names
on the AxK sample CDs as well (only this media type was tested!).
