Heu je leurs ai dit que mon sequenceur avait des bugs, il m'ont sortis tout un speach en english ou en gros j'ai compris que j'avais le droit à un remboursement immédiat si je me plié à certaines conditions...

vu que tt ca est un peu flou je m'en référe à vous pour avoir la démarche exact..

To return an item under the 30 day money back guarantee the item/s need to be in perfect condition eg. No dog ears on the manuals or damage to the origanal packing. Also all cables are to be included as this would cause a reduction on the refund.

You must wrap the item/s for return to prevent stamps and stickers being placed on the origanal packing!

Please write a small letter of explanation for money back, repair or exchange where applicable and include full address details and customer number if at hand.

With a faulty item a full description of the fault must be added and also with whom you have arranged the return with!

Normally if a product arrives faulty, this has to be registerd with us within the first thirty days to insure a replacement, if it is registerd after this date, then it will go under the normal guarantee of repair. In this case we do not cover the postage cost. We do try to be of help by covering the return postage costs (Not in cases where the fault is obviously from mishandling or extreme usage).


Please return the Item with normal post (parcel force Standard)this normally takes about 3-5 days for a return.

Do not return an Item with a 48 hour service or any other Express service as the costs for this will not be reimbursed.!!!

Ca me fait stresser cette histoire de manuelle...

bah c'est pas que je l'ai abimé.. mais je l'ai bien feuilleté quoi...

avec leurs sous menu tout pourris de partout j'étais obligé d'avir tt le temps le nez dedans aussi !!! vive les ordis !!

Au pire, si il est un peu froissé, tu peux toujours le repasser (au fer, avec un tissu par dessus pour éviter k'il crame)

Renvoie le plus vite possible , emballage d'origine , avec tout ce qui avait dedans et ca devrais etre bon t'inkiete :bravo:
