Bonjour,

Je viens vers vous pour une demande d'aide.
J'essaie de programmer des mémoires sur une Juggler mais le pupitre ne veut rien savoir. Je précise que la Juggler est neuve et m'en sert pour piloter des PARs led (Cameo 18 X 8W RGBW). Au moment de la programmation le pupitre indique que la séquence est enregistrée mais lorsque je passe en mode reconstitution je parviens pas ni à voir la séquence ni à l'éditer sur un potard.
D'avance merci pour votre aide.

Keith Rogers de chez Zero 88 m'a fait faire un test sur le pupitre. Le test a révélé une défaillance avec la mémoire EEPROM . Donc retour SAV. Fin de l'histoire.

Tu sais expliquer le test que tu as fait ? ça servira sûrement à quelqu'un ;)

1. Whilst holding down the Up and Down buttons, turn on power supply, and confirm the 7-segment display shows the correct software version. Confirm that the DMX DeBug is receiving data.
2. Confirm that the ‘AFBS’ LED in the Preset Control button is lit, and that the ‘BFAS’ LED is not. Press and hold each of the 12 channel flash buttons in turn, and then move the corresponding A fader, confirming that the level shown on the 7-segment display moves smoothly from 00 to FF.
3. Press the ‘Preset Control’ button, and confirm that the ‘AFBS’ LED goes out and the ‘BFAS’ LED lights. Again press and hold each of the 12 channel flash buttons in turn, but this time move the corresponding B fader, confirming that the level shown on the 7- segment display moves smoothly from 00 to FF.
4. The remaining buttons, faders and pots in the masters section are tested according to the following table. For buttons, confirm that the corresponding LED (if applicable) lights when the button is pressed. For faders/pots, confirm that there is a smooth transition from 00 to FF as the control is moved.


Après il y a un test bouton. Il faut appuyer sur chaque bouton suivant et vérifier que la led attitrée s'allume
- 'Wide': led on
-'flash mode': led on
- 'sequence: led on

Sur la partie 5 lors du test de l'EEPROM j'ai eu 'r0' comme résultat ce qui a amené le testeur de Zero 88 à diagnostiquer le problème de mémoire.
