Ces plug-in existent depuis belle lurette ! 
je l'ai avait acheté chez Abbey Road Studios avec les TG12413 Limiter, TG Mastering Pack et le RS124 Compressor.
Mais c'est effectivement Softube qui en est le créateur et qui assure la continuité.
Pour info :
"Changes to operating systems and music software since we launched the first Abbey Road plugin in 2006 have made it increasingly difficult to maintain compatibility and provide the level of support our customers deserve. We have been unable to find a viable solution that will allow us to guarantee ongoing support for the TG12413 Limiter, TG Mastering Pack and RS124 Compressor plugins and, as of October 2013, have withdrawn these products from sale. These plugins will continue to work in compatible DAWs but there will be no further updates to the software, including 64bit or AAX. Existing customers with valid licences can still download the most recent software installers using the links provided below.
The Brilliance Pack has not been discontinued: under a new partnership agreement, the Brilliance Pack is now being sold and supported by Softube, the original plugin developer. A 64-bit AAX compatible update is now available at www.softube.com. This update is free for all existing Brilliance Pack licence owners – please click here for more information.

Customers with a valid ilok licence for the TG12413, TG Mastering Pack, Brilliance Pack and RS124 plugins may download the software installers using the links below. Please note, the plugin software will not work without a valid ilok licence. Please make sure you download the appropriate installer for your system.
Please note: the Brilliance Pack installers provided here are for the legacy 32-bit plugin only. Existing customers, please visit www.softube.com for information about how to register for the 64-bit AAX update and download the updated software."
