The Universal Audio Vertigo Sound VSM-3 Mix Satellite plug-in adds warm or bright saturation/distorsion to any signal with the UAD-2 and Apollo interfaces.
  • Two sophisticated coloration generators ranging from subtle saturation to berserk distortion, recreated from the Vertigo VSM-2 hardware and authenticated by Vertigo Sound
  • Pure 2nd Harmonic FET Crusher for warm, rich, saturation or distortion
  • Pure 3rd Harmonic Zener Blender for bright, clear, exciter-like saturation or distortion
  • Crusher and Blender can each be applied to specific signal frequency ranges and then further filtered using the Shape control 
  • Apply a custom balance of harmonics using the THD Mixer or switch between parallel and serial configuration
  • Each circuit is switchable between Soft or Hard clipping
  • M/S Decoding and Encoding for each circuit allows processing of entire stereo signal, or Mid or Side stereo channels
  • Solo the Crusher and/or Blender in isolation, or Mid and Side stereo channels in isolation using the Monitoring section
  • Requires UAD-2 DSP Accelerator Card or Apollo Interface
