Surround: you can use ch strip bay touchscreen as a surround panner. It is a single touch model but it works perfectly. We tested it on the field with our past DTR-101 concept prototype.

Protocols and DAW support:

- Pro Tools: as everybody know, EUCON is a close protocol on the Control Surface side ... so, NO EUCON. HUI has a lot of drawbacks and doesn't fit the level of GRANDE. My personal opinion is to forget Pro Tools support.

- Nuendo/Cubase: great level of integration with some powerful new features never seen on a commercial product.

- Logic: Not planned in near future but possible. It depends a lot from Apple support.

- Pyramix: it was a storical partner. Not implemented in current GRANDE but more than possible.

Last but not least ... PRICES: we don't have an official Price List because we are in the final engineering stage. I can roughly estimate a price of 6500 US$ for each bay. This is very rough so we cannot make differences between Ch Strip Bay and Master Bay. Let say that a 32 faders configuration include 4 Ch Strip Bays + 1 Master Bay => 5*6500 = 32500 US$.
As you can find in the web site docs, minimal configuration is 8 chs + master section or, maybe, the master section only.
Keep in mind that these aren't official prices ... but, since I put my name in the signature, you can take them with a moderate level of confidence.
