AARP, short for "Automatic, arpeggiated, repeating patterns", put simply is a pitch shifter controlled by a sequencer. The pitch shifting engine is polyphonic, allowing for chords to be pitch shifted clearly. The pitch shifter is also quantized to the major, minor, and chromatic scales, allowing for easy to dial in melodies from one octave below, to one octave above, and also features a feedback control for extreme sonic textures. The Sequencer has eight adjustable steps, and is controlled by a tap tempo clock. An external clock can be used to synchronize the AARP with the rest of your setup.
