UTILISATION
utilisation on ne peut plus simple, j'ai même pas eu a lire le manuel, on obtiens facilement un bon son, en clair en crunch ou en disto.
SONORITÉS
je joue du blues, du rock 70's, sur les paul principalement, cet ampli est bon dans ces domaines .
en clean, avec le "twang" enclenché ça releve pas mal les mediums, pour du rockab ou du funk ça passe trés bien !
en crunch c'est aussi excelent, du bon son vintage, en avec le boost ça rajoute de l'ampleur a l'ensemble les harmoniques sont faciles a obtenir. il faut faire gaffe cependant a pas mettre trop d'aigus sinon ça fait legerement un son nid d'abeille, heureusement...…

l'ampli a de bonnes basses diffuses, trés agréable, la reverb se fond bien dans le son, trés bonne reverb d'aileurs, moi qui suis habitué au reverb des fenders ( blues deluxe, blues junior, hot rod), ça change et c'est trés appréciable.
bref, trés bon ampli pour le son que je veux.
AVIS GLOBAL
je l'utilise depuis 8 mois, j'adore son look, il a de la gueule, il est robuste, un trés bon son dynamique , manque juste un standby mais bon, il fallait bien un defaut.
Quoi qu'il en soit, c'est vraiment un excelent ampli pour la maison ou la scene, le HP est de trés bonne facture, et il est bien solide !

C est ampli sonne particulièrement bien pour le rock et le hard rock des années 60 au début des 90 toutefois avec des pédales actuelles je pense que l' essaie serait concluant. En effet ce qui est top c' est que des aigus au graves le spectre est impressionnant.
Je joue sur une lag roxane de 99 et je l' ai redécouverte.
L' ampli rends bien les nuances de jeu, les attaques , et le son de chaque cordes. Les harmoniques sont très faciles a faire sonner. Petit bémol, il faut au moins la pousser au tiers de sa puissance pour qu' il envoie bien. Dommage pour les voisins, mais vivent les lampes...
Sur ma washburn équipée de tone zone , pas de soucie le son des schreds est à porté.
Je n ' utilise que très peu le canal clair donc je n' ai pas trop d' avis dessus, tout ce que je peut dire c' est qu' il claque bien si on le souhaite.

Je l' ai depuis 2 mois et j' éprouve un grand plaisir dès que je l' allume.
Avant de l' acheter j' ai essayé divers ampli: Engl screamer, fender hotroad, je souhaitai partir aussi sur du marschal. Toutefois avec ma lag c' est celui-ci qui l' a fait le mieux pour mon style: ACDC, LEDZEP...
Comme je n' utilise pas d' effet externe il me fallait un ampli capable de versatilité.
Dans cette gamme de prix je n' ai pas trouvé mieux franchement j' ai été bluffé.
En tout cas essayé le si vous cherchez un ampli dans cette gamme de prix , après tout un essai ne coute rien et vous pourriez être surpris.

These are not the super high gainers that most of there amps lean towards. These amps have a mild voicing for classic rock and blues based music. This is a four channel or two channel amp depending on how you look at it. You get a clean with a twang boost and then the overdrive channel with a boost. SO to me this is a two channel amp with four settings.
This is a 40 watt amp that has a spring reverb unit inside and three band EQ. If you play classic rock or just need an amp with a good overdrive but not a hot rod tone then this is a great amp to have.

Use a Fender Telecaster with this channel and you feel some great quick lead plucking. Then you click on the twang boost and then you get a nice boost in the highs and there you have perfect sparkle tone that doesn't just go with country but any style of music.
The overdrive channel is a good overdrive for classic rock, pop, country, and jazz. This is a good channel for the guys who just need a little gain that will compliment their guitars rather then a distortion that is just screaming. These are great amps for the simple player who loves tone. What I like about this amp is that the EL84 tubes makes this amp fit better with the voicing of the amp. The 6L6's or El34's don't match as well with the way this amp feels and is voiced towards.
OVERALL OPINION
At new these amps come in right at around $1099, which is a great price a very good quality build and sounding combo amplifier. This is a great two channel amp that has some good features but not too much going on that clouds the natural tone of the amp. I I would recommend this amp to anyone who need a good combo for light rock, country, or pop music.
