Of those, i only expect the JD-XA sibling to be true. It would not make sense to do a 4 voice competitor to Minilogue for a higher price, so it will rather be 6 or 8 voice, yet cheaper than DSI.
S-9 would be great, but i expect rather something like an expanded Volca Sample or an MC-909 type of sampler.
