The Nomad Factory Blue Tubes Bundle is the combination of a few different bundles in one. Included in this plug-in bundle is the Blue Tubes Dynamics Pack, Blue Tubes Effects Pack, and Blue Tubes Equalizers Pack. It also includes the Blue Tubes Analog Track Box. You can buy each of these individually as their own separate bundles, but it's worth it to buy this Blue Tubes Bundle if you're even just after two of the bundles on their own. Each of the three bundles has six plug-ins, giving you 19 plug-ins altogether in this bundle. I wasn't involved with installing it since I don't own it, but I've found these plug-ins easy enough to use in general as they all have fairly simple interfaces. That doesn't mean you can't do a lot with them, as you can, but they just aren't too hard to get used to. If these are your first plug-ins you might want to have the manual, but otherwise I think you'd be okay without it.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

The studio I work at has the Nomad Factory Blue Tubes Bundle within the larger header of one of the full Nomad Factory bundles. We have wall Pro Tools HD systems, so rarely do we ever come across a problem where plug-ins aren't running up to full speed. That's certainly the case with these plug-ins as they're designed not too take up too much processing power. For this reason I'd be surprised if DAW users had any problems running any of the plug-ins included here.

OVERALL OPINION

The Nomad Factory Blue Tubes Bundle is a nice little collection of plug-ins for an even nicer price. Nomad really gives some nice discounts when you buy their bundles, and the larger the bundle, the bigger the discount. This isn't as great of a savings as you'll get with the Integral Studio Pack, but it's still a great way to get a lot of plug-ins for a little price. I'd probably only recommend adding this on if you're just starting your DAW or if you're more experienced and already have a bunch of higher quality plug-ins. These are borderline professional plug-ins, but perfect for the home studio owner looking for some virtual processors on the cheap.
