This steel snare drum offers a bright and crisp tone in high-tuning and a smooth resonance in low-tuning. A 1.0mm matte black steel shell is manufactured with a ridge in the center of the shell as reinforcement. The shell hardware and EVANSR Black Chrome head colors are matched to the matte black shell.
