The Fame Pro Series VRM-24 Classic Ribbon Microphone brings back a bit of the past with its nostalgic look and feel. It has a really warm and rich sound and is suitable for musical instruments with a high SPL and wide dynamic range. Ribbon microphones have been a staple in most studios for decades and are still widely used when recording instruments with a high SPL. The smooth transient recording of a ribbon microphone makes it ideal for brass, electric guitars, drums, percussion and vocals. Every studio should have at least one ribbon microphone in its arsenal.
