Bonjour tout le monde

je suis compositeur de music et je vais signié sur un label americain mais sur le contrat dans les therme on trouve

CONTRAT EXCLUSIVE 5 ans avec en téte mon nom de scéne et le titre de ma zic

- You authorize ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and to use freely the Master Recording or a part of the Master Recording as well as the Artist’s name and approved photographs for advertising and promotional purposes relating to the the above agreement.
- You warrant that you have the right to enter into this agreement and that you have the right to license this Master Recording to a third party.
- You guarantee that the Licensee’s use of the Master Recording shall not violate the rights of any third party, and you warrant ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,against any claims in this respect

j'ai pas envie d'avoir mon nom coincé et dependre de ceux label pendant 5 ans donc un peu d'aide merci
