It's an VOCU VTE-1600 analog tape echo, I bought mine about 10 years ago in Tokyo, they sold out pretty quickly... google it and you'll find some but little info about it. It's CRAZY good, small and portable and has foot control and that sweet flutter control. My friends in Japan searched for another and it took them 5 years to get hold of one, not sure how few they produced but they're still manufacturing other gear.
