please don't worry about Radikal. The next firmware is a big step and needs a little bit more time than all former updates. I am already playing with the 10 LFO's which are part of the update and I can promise a very nice update coming soon... I am sure, you will like the LFO's. Adding some animation to the pitch, the waveform and the time linearity modulation will bring a lot of life into the spectralis sound. We will program until we are 100% satisfied with the results. I am sure, everyone will accept that when hearing the results.
Adding LFO's is not just adding some low frequency envelopes. Also the LFO's need some interpolation to allow smooth transitions and the whole DSP code must be optimized to allow these 10 LFO's to run without any disadvantages in latency or sound. But they are now already running. We are now just adding the new user interface menues and are working on the modulation target selection and things like that. Also the LFO's are not simple LFO's - they are using wavetables that are going from sine to random via triangle, sawtooth and rectangle and they will have independent envelopes for controlling the modulation depth.
