It is a work of art!

I love the headless design’s overall feel. The weight reduction from having the cutaway at the base of the instrument as well as not having a head makes the guitar very light, balanced (thanks to the cutaway), and comfortable to play whether sitting or standing. The beveling on the body is wonderful, letting me play without having any pinch points on my strumming arm where it meets the body.

Playing with the volume and tone knobs changes the entire voicing of the guitar, yielding a multitude of fantastic tonal possibilities.
AVIS GLOBAL
I've only had it a few months but it felt like an old friend when I first touched it.
It is difficult to convey with words the sheer beauty of and intense level of perfection that meets the eye when examining a Hufschmid guitar. In fact, it’s difficult to call a Hufschmid guitar anything less than a work of art. Without even taking into account the carefully researched and selected premium-quality hardware, it is extremely evident when examining a finished Hufschmid guitar in person that the woods Patrick uses to craft his instruments is nothing but the finest, most meticulously selected high-grade timber on the market.
Patrick’s customer service through the whole ordering and building process was unreal. We exchanged about 300 emails which included build specifications, a plethora of pictures of the build process, and general conversation which the experience extremely personal. I woke up every single morning, tickled and giddy and excited about what wonderful pictures would be in my inbox next. To top it off, he emailed me three months after sending me the guitar to ask how everything was going.
To summarize everything above, if you want a truly one-of-a-kind artisan-level guitar, do not pass up Hufschmid. Everything he makes screams quality, and his prices are more than fair for what you get. I would have absolutely no hesitations about doing business with Patrick again, and in fact plan on ordering another instrument from him in the future.
