Bonjour,

un ami m'a laissé son VIRUS car il a un gros problème avec... les potards ne fonctionnent pas/plus ainsi qu'une grosse partie des boutons...
J'ai refait les soudures des connecteurs nappes et carte mère mais ça ne change rien.
J'ai constaté qu'il y a comme des traces de chauffe à ce niveau là.

Il fonctionne apparement en plug in mais je ne peux le confirmer car je ne fait pas de MAO si ce n'est que pour enregistrer puisque je n'utilise que des machines hardware.

Quelqu'un aurait une idée ?

j'ai contacté ACCESS pour ce fameux "problème" et ils m'ont répondu très très vite.

Thank you for your email. This sounds like a wrong setting for the potentiometers in the units CONFIG menu. The knobs can be switched off there if the "knob mode" is set to "off". Either check this parameter in the CONFIG menu of the unit (hit the CONFIG menu button left of the display and then use the PARAMETER buttons right of the display to go through the menus).
Another option is to reset the unit to see if this helps: unplug your TI from the computer, unplug it from power and also take the power supply out of the power socket. Also remove any other cable going from/to the Virus TI. Next only plug back the power supply into the TI and the power supply back into the power socket. Then reset the unit by holding down the Arp section "EDIT" button for a few seconds while the unit is in standby mode. Whenever this is done and the TI has booted up correctly, try it again.

ET ben, je me suis trouvé tout bête parce que c'est reparti comme en 40 :lol:
