Bedrock a fait la faillite dans les années ‘90. A la fin, la qualité souffrait. Ils ont sorti néanmoins des amplis lampes qui sonnent très bien.
Le 1000 heureusement est d’excellente qualité. 120W (ou 60W pour le 1050) tous lampes. Prêt pour des 5881 ou des EL84.
L’ampli a trois canaux. Le premier canal est clean et n’a pas de master volume. Il y a énormément de « headroom ». Beaucoup de volume sans compression ni de overdrive/disto. S’approche du Fender à lampes clean.
Deuxième canal est le crunch britannique. Il partage l’EQ avec le 3ème canal, mais a un gain et master volume séparé. C’est mon canal préféré. Le son avec une guitare type Strat ou Tele (single coil) s’approche fort du...…

Le troisième canal est beaucoup plus sombre. Beaucoup de gain et saturation. Sonne plus américain que brittanique.

The Bedrock 1000 Series is a 3-channel all-tube head (or combo). Designed to offer classic gain response and touch sensitivity: pick lightly and the amp tracks perfectly. Hit hard and it barks with undeniable authority. Dial the gain down for vintage tube tones. Crank gain up to blast away. 

Channel1: a fat, round, warm, shimmering clean sound. 2 levels of classic (American) clean: smooth & warm or tight & punchy.

Channel 2: a brutal crunchy rhythm sound. Classic British crunch with smoothness and touch sensitivity of the finest hand wired vintage amps.

Channel3: a stinging harmonically complex high gain lead sound. Gain and thunderous low end to please the most hardcore shredder. Rich and sweet enough for a stining blues solo.

“Bold" switch for channel 2 & 3 transforms classic tone into modern. 

"Loose" and "Tight" switches change the distortion character and "feel" of both channels. 

There is a 3-spring Accutronics reverb, a series/parallel effects loop and is assembled by had in a bulletproof construction.

The 1000 Series is available in 60W and 120W heads and 2x12" combo's.

They come standard with a heavy duty FP-4 footswitch that controls channel selection. With an optional FP-2 footswitch, the effects loop is also footswitchable. 

The 1000 Series may be configured with 5881 or EL-34 outbut tubes and ship from the factory with tightly matched Sovtek 5881's.
