Salut,
J'ai voulu mettre à jour ma config de PC, j'ai donc par cette occasion acheté une carte mère "ABIT IP35 PRO" basé sur le chipset P35 d'Intel.
Le soucis c'est que mes deux cartes sont bel et bien reconnues sous Windows XP Pro SP2, mais pas par l'UAD-1 Meter.
Y'a t-il une solution à ce problème ? :)

Est-ce que tu peux cliquer sur la case Card enabled?

J'ai essayé dans tout les sens ca en arrive même à planter Windows
Mais je pense à un problème d'IRQ je vais désactiver ce soir le chip audio integré voir au cas ou :)

T'as installer la derniere version des soft ? 4.10 ? Peut etre une correction de bug entre temps.

UAD 1 Error : Card 1 not available: No system memory resources. MapRDRAM failed

"Card 1 Not available. No system Memory resources. MapRDRAM Failed"

This error message indicates that there is not enough base system memory resources to allocate to the UAD-1.

This is a Windows system error which can occur on installation with many PCI devices that require base level memory addressing such as the UAD-1. It typically occurs with systems which are heavily loaded, often including a SCSI/RAID controller, PCI or PCIe firewire cards, PCI or PCIe audio interfaces.

It is not a hardware incompatibility but rather a congestion of base memory use leaving no memory available for the UAD-1 real-mode driver. The UAD 1 likely uses base memory for its connectivity to provide lower latency as the use of upper memory would require the routing of the driver through the base memory pointers. Crazy stuff, but needed to get the performance I am afraid.

The UAD-1 driver is in fact a semi-real mode driver that communicates with the UAD-1 hardware outside of the OS kernel. Hence the need for base system RAM with the driver.

Here are some things to try:

Sometimes it is possible to rearrange components into different PCI slots to eliminate the problem.

Installing a different graphics card may resolve the problem.

Usually, the easiest (and virtually fool-proof) way to solve the problem is to remove some of the installed system RAM. (Remove the smallest amount possible first.). Ironically the use of over 2GB of RAM uses more base system RAM (Sub 500mb) to address the additional 2MB. Sometimes as much as 2 or 3 hundred megabytes of base system RAM are used to address the upper 2GB.

There are some who have used the infamouse /3GB switch in their boot.ini file:

Rain Recording Element
Our Element V and Element Pro workstations come with two separate hardware RAID systems. One is completely real mode (pre-OS) and the other is semi-real mode requiring the use of a virtual mode driver. By default we use the fully real-mode ports (black) for greatest stability. But if you are experiencing this problem with and Element and you have a RAID array, you will need top move the RAID array to the semi-real mode ports (blue), load the virtual mode driver and rebuild your array. If you wish to use more than one UAD 1 card, you may have to turn off all RAID systems and go with single drives.

Effectivement j'ai eu un problème de mémoire au paravant du au fait que j'ai mis 4Go sur ma bécane( vu le prix du Go en DDR2 je ne me refuse rien ).
j'ai modifié les paramètres à distance je testerai ce soir voir si ca résoud le problème :)

Bon ben j'ai fait la procédure d'UAD
ca n'a pas fonctionné du premier coup par contre j'ai mis le bios à zéro
et là ça marche ^^
