I will put it on our website in about 8 hours, as long as nobody comes
up with a real showstopper-like bug :-)

These are the latest changes:

- Added support for the HDSP 9632
- Last used sample rate is stored reliably
- ASIO multiclient compatible to Sonic Foundry Vegas (hopefully...)
- Ignore position operates correctly
- Matrix window position stored
- Matrix icon added
- bug fixed when having one output fader on maximum attenuation
(discovered by Jacek Hajnrych)
- default settings will be stored in ...Local Settings/Application
data... due to public wish in this forum
- Added german TotalMix news description text file

Lots more to come in the next weeks (as always...).

Le matrix, ça te permet de router et vizualiser tres rapidement toutes les entrées sorties de la carte, c hachement pratique !! :aime: :aime: ; (pour modifier le gain directement depuis le matrix = ctrl+clic ; pour remetre a zero = clic+clic :mdr: )

une fonction qui devenait indispensable : en cliquant sur le nom de tranche sous chaque fader on actionne la fonction group-volume; domage qu'il n'y (pourl'instant)qu'un seul groupe par etage :( ...
alt+clic pour grouper une paire en un seul geste ..

Ce petit matrix, c'est vrai que vraiment de la balle, c'est vraiment ce qu'il manquait au deja super totalmix

maintenant on voit quel signal va sur quelle sortie, faut maintenant en user et en abuser

la HDSP PCI commencais a me manquer depuis un mois, je l'ai recu ce matin, et vais pouvoir en profiter

For all HDSP series users

The release candidate of Windows 2000/XP driver 2.7 for the HDSP series
is now available for download:

This driver is based on version 2.64, which included quite some changes
and improvements, mostly related to Disconnect mode. Note that 2.64 has
not been released outside this forum.

General news, changes and fixes

Driver:

- Added complete support for the RPM
- Support for sleep and resume mode
- Driver deactivation no longer causes BSOD
- Full GSIF 2.0 audio support (record and playback). GSIF 2.0 MIDI will
be added later.
- TotalMix settings of HDSP 9632 and HDSP 9652 are automatically
reloaded after sleep mode

MME:

- In AutoSync mode, a request for a different sample rate than the input
one (caused a change to Master mode) is no longer supported
- ZLM did not work correctly in double speed mode. Wrong channel mapping
and Mute button control fixed.
- Digiface only: in double speed mode, sequential start of the record
devices caused channel 3/4 to become corrupted.

TotalMix:

- Routines already available in the MADI card were added: vertical
scrolling in TotalMix mode, horizontal/vertical scrolling with floating
labels in Matrix mode
- Bugfix: in scrolled mode, faders and pans did not work as expected

ASIO Driver:

- Using more than 2 HDSP devices caused the ASIO channel list to become
corrupted. Note: using 3 Digifaces, Multifaces etc seems to work again
for quite some time. It seems Microsoft has improved the memory
fragmentation in the latest versions of XP, so that most computers
(maybe all) can use up to three Hammerfall and HDSP series devices
again.

HDSP 9632 Specific

There is a new firmware available with several improvements. You will
need to flash your card to use driver 2.7.

Flash related improvements:

- Word clock input has been out of phase (180°)
- RMS calculation (TotalMix, HDSP Meter Bridge) did not work correctly
on some channels, especially at higher sample rates
- SPDIF receiver has not been fully compatible (Tascam DA-30 did not
work)
- Word clock input now supports quad frequency ratio
- Word clock output now supports double and quad speed frequency
- Frequency indication AES Channel Status on output for quad speed
corrected

Driver:

- Use of ASIO caused the AES (XLR) input to switch to Coaxial (SPDIF)
- Added word clock output option to Settings dialog
- ADAT I/O returns correct error message in quad speed mode

Ben dès que y'a une update je l'install de toute façon car l'équipe RME fait du bon boulot... faut dire que ça marche bien chez moi depuis les premières versions de drivers alors je vois pas trop de différence mais ça fonctionne ;) ! Seule chose, maintenant la section I/O Box m'affiche "connected" alors qu'avant c'était "locked".

Je confirme que l'install se passe sans prob sous 2000 et XP, pour peu qu'on suive les indications du fichier "lisez-moi".

Quant aux améliorations apportées, elles ne concernent que les posseseurs de portable (mode veille) et les utilisateurs de GigaSampler ou de MME.
