Bonjour à tous,
Je viens de me faire avoir comme un bleu, grosse erreur de débutant.
Utilisateur de Cubase depuis très longtemps, je me suis précipité hier sur la nouvelle version 9... Au lieu, d'attendre les premiers avis... Et bien c'est moi qui m'y colle.
Donc la grosse nouveauté c'est un module 'Sentinelle' (rien que le nom fait peur)en gros ça vérifie tous vos plugins et sans explication ça balance 60% des plug-in dans une liste noire. En gros, ils deviennent inutilisables... Donc vos projets antérieurs sont morts...:furieux:
Le SAV, après quelques messages, me dit qu'ils faut contacter les éditeurs du plugin... alors que tout fonctionne sous Cubase 8.5. En gros, démerdez-vous... Cubase est plus stable sans plugin tiers...
Donc ne perdez pas 100€ dans la mise à jour, restez sous 8.5. Attendez une version débuggée.:furieux:

Le module sentinelle désactive même des plug STEINBERG comme ma vieille version de the grand ....

The AFTER-SALES SERVICE, after some messages, tells me that I need to contact the editors of the plugin while everything works under Cubase 8.5. "Cubase9 is more stable without third party plugins"
Do not lose 100€ in this update, stay under 8.5.

Oui, moi aussi je me suis précipité sans avoir !!!

Résultat, je perds tous les plugins de ma TC Powercore qui sont tous en 32bits !

Super...............

Il faut que tous les utilisateurs demandent à Steinberg de mettre une option sur le module Sentinel pour pouvoir contourner le problème !

You can re-enable blacklisted plug-ins at your own risk

If you, however, would like to re-enable a plug-in that has been blacklisted, you can do so at your own risk.
To re-enable a blacklisted plug-in, open Cubase and go to:

  • Devices PlugIn Manager Blacklist
  • Select the plug-in which should be re-enabled and click on "Reactivate"
  • Confirm with "Reactivate" to continue when prompted

Be aware that re-enabling a blacklisted plug-in will cause instability.

32-bit plug-ins can't be re-enabled, since those are not supported by Cubase 9.

 A re-enabled plug-in will then be displayed in the according list (VST Effects/VST Instruments) in the Plug-in Manager. You will easily recognize it, since re-enabled plug-ins show up in red.

I tried to reactivate the 64 bit plugins but it doesn't work... Cubase and the drivers of the audiocard crash...
Everything is okay on Cubase 8.5
The sentinel is just horrible and painful. I lost 100 € and a lot of time with this version.
If you are on cubase 8.5 stay with it.
Steinberg apparently does not care.:fache:
Now I'm looking for a new DAW to work with all my plugs.
